Fitness for Duty
PRO Wellness Services, PLLC conducts first responder psychological fitness for duty assessment that can be done virtually or in-person (depending on travel radius) by licensed psychologists. These evaluations are tailored to the reason for the fitness for duty and the psychologists works closely with the agency to determine the best evaluation process. This may include, but not limited to:
- Review of any files associated with the employee that can be provided by the agency
- Administration, scoring and interpretation of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-3) and/or the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI)
- Psychological background forms, consent forms, and self-report measures assessing for severity of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, health concerns and suicidality)
- Interview with the psychologist
- Full report and recommendations provided to the agency
As always, this assessment process is customized due to the reason for the evaluation and needs of the
agency.
Return to Duty
PRO Wellness Services, PLLC, conducts first responder clearance for duty assessments. These assessments are completed after a first responder has been involved in a critical incident (i.e., OIS, in-custody death, etc.), prolonged absence from injury, military leave, etc, and are customized to the reason for the referral. This process includes:
- Review of any files associated with the employee that can be provided by the agency
- Psychological background forms, consent forms, and self-report measures assessing for severity of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, health concerns and suicidality)
- Interview with the psychologist
- Brief report and recommendations for the agency
