We strive to keep an active communication with agencies through the hiring process. In order to accomplish this, we customize a dashboard of progress for each agency. When viewing the dashboard, the agency representative can keep track of each of their applicants as they proceed through the psychological assessment process. Additionally, if an agency would like more domains to be assessed for their candidates, then other assessments can be added to the applicant’s client portal. We believe in agencies having a full understanding how the psychological evaluation process can work for them and we can tailor the assessments per agency.
